The date, location and type of session you are asking about
Anything you choose to write in the message field

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, identity documents, or any sensitive personal information through this website.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to book, to arrange and deliver your session. That is the only purpose. We do not add enquiry details to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD FOR ENQUIRIES] and then deleted. Records relating to actual bookings are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD FOR BOOKINGS], as they may be needed for tax and accounting purposes.

Photographs

Photographs taken during a session are personal information too, and we treat them that way. Your photographs are not published on this website, on social media, or anywhere else without your explicit permission.

This matters most for photographs of babies and children. Permission is asked for separately from your booking, it is never a condition of the session, and you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us — the images are then removed from our website and social media.

We retain original files for 45 days after delivery so that clients can request re-delivery, after which they may be deleted.

Who else can see it

We share personal information only with:

Our hosting provider, which stores this website and processes form submissions on our behalf.
Our email provider, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox.
Anyone we are legally required to share it with, such as tax authorities or in response to a lawful request.
